Amber Mintz

Amber Jean Nichole Mintz, 32, of Gallipolis, Ohio passed away on Friday, December 10, 2021 in the Emergency Room of Holzer Medical Center. Amber was born on August 7, 1989 in Gallipolis, Ohio, daughter of LaDonna Large Mintz and James Oldaker, who survive her in Gallipolis. Amber is also survived by her father, Jeffrey Scott Mintz of Springfield, Ohio. In addition to her parents, Amber is survived by her fiancé,' Miguel Cox of Gallipolis, Ohio and her children, Jayvien Cuthbertson, Lahki Cox, and Kamari Cox all of Gallipolis; two brothers, Kenny Large and Tyler Mintz both of Gallipolis. Surviving her at the time of her death was a grandfather James E. Large of Gallipolis, who passed away later on December 12, 2021. Amber also has several aunts, uncles, and cousins surviving her. Amber was preceded in death by a sister, April Large in 2002. There will be no public service for Amber, but a memorial table will be present for the graveside of her grandfather Jim's service.
