Barbara Sue Paxton

Barbara Sue Paxton, 79, of Gallipolis passed away on Tuesday, August 6, 2019 at Arbors of Gallipolis. Born on June 16, 1940 in Rockcastle, Kentucky, Barbara was the daughter of the late Hardie and Tabitha Balanger Mullins. Barbara was married to Charles Everett Buck Paxton, who preceded her in death. Barbara is survived by her daughter, Angel (Claude) Hudman of Gallipolis; grandchildren, Chris (Stacey) Hudman, Amy (Jamie) Hawley, Stephanie (David) Killingsworth, Rachel (Steven) Hoyt, and Matthew (Holly) Hudman; several great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; and sisters, Candy Johnson of Hamilton, Ohio and Martha Elam of Oxford, Ohio. In addition to her parents and husband, Barbara was preceded in death by two brothers and one sister. In accordance with the family’s wishes, services will be private.
