Billie H. Allen

Billie H. Allen, 94, of Gallipolis, formerly of Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania, passed away on Tuesday, May 13, 2014 at Holzer Assisted Living. She was born May 26, 1919, daughter of the late Walter E. and Minnie Smith Harmon. Billie married Raymond Allen of Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania and he preceded her in April, 1982. Also preceding her in death was her grandmother, Alma Pendleton Smith, whom she was very close with. Billie retired as an accountant from Babcock and Wilcox Steel Manufacturing. Surviving are her friend and neighbor, Mary Drogus. A graveside service will be 1:00 p.m., Friday, May 16, 2014 at Grandview Cemetery, Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania with Rev. Mark Ongley officiating. Willis Funeral Home of Gallipolis, Ohio is in charge of the arrangements.
