Carla J. O'Dell

Carla J. O’Dell, 64, of Gallipolis, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, June 8, 2021 at Holzer Medical Center. Born on January 15, 1957 in Gallipolis, Ohio, Carla was the daughter of the late Herbert and Adonna Swisher Harmon, Sr. Carla married Dempsey O’Dell, who preceded her in death. She was a graduate of Kyger Creek High School and a cashier at Dollar Tree. Carla is survived by her son, Jeremy (Tammy) O’Dell of Gallipolis; grandchildren, Cory Chapman, Allorah (Dennis) McCoy, Haley O’Dell, Logan O’Dell, Alaina O’Dell, Bryson O’Dell, and Shelby O’Dell; great grandchild, Ayden McCoy; brother, Herbert (Alice) Harmon, Jr. of Point Pleasant, West Virginia; and pet dog, Nikki. A Memorial Service for Carla will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 12, 2021 at the Gallipolis Fire Station with Chaplain Bob Hood officiating.
