Carol A. Claggett

Carol A. Claggett, 80, of Oak Hill, Ohio, passed away at her residence on Monday, July 15, 2024.

Born on September 13, 1943 in Syracuse, New York, Carol was the daughter of the late Arthur J. and Edythe F. Kelly Zoll.  Carol married John W. Claggett, Jr., who preceded her in death on December 3, 1996.  She was a homemaker, a member of Sardis Presbyterian Church, and an animal lover.  Carol enjoyed reading and spending time with her grandchildren.

Carol  is survived by her daughters, Alana I. (Darren) Leslie of Oak Hill and Kimberly (Bob) Turner of Cheshire, Ohio; sons, Bradford Creech of Portsmouth, Ohio, Jonathan Crane of California, and Kenneth Crane of California; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren; and one brother, Bob Zoll of Syracuse, New York.

In addition to her parents and husband John, Carol was preceded in death by a brother, Arthur W. Zoll.

A Graveside Service for Carol will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, July 19, 2024 at Ohio Valley Memory Gardens with Pastor Harold Benson officiating.
