Catherine Ann “Cathy” McCartney, 53, Bidwell, Ohio passed away at her residence on Sunday, June 9, 2019. She was born on May 1, 1966 in Roseville, Michigan, daughter of Delbert F. McCartney of Rio Grande and Linda Bratton Kilinoski. Cathy is also survived by sons Tim McCartney of Rio Grande and Kevin and Edward Smith both of Caldwell, Ohio; one sister Susan Stutler of Rio Grande. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Shelly Itin and Sandra McCartney. Visitation will be on Thursday, June 13, 2019 from 5-7 pm at Willis Funeral Home.
