Charles "Charlie" Biars

Charles A. “Charlie” Biars, 57, of Gallipolis, Ohio passed away at his residence. Charlie was born August 30, 1964 in Gallipolis, Ohio son of the late Christopher William Biars, Jr. and Beatrice G. Pullins Biars. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Bobby Joe Pullins and Bill Biars and one nephew, Charlie Addis. Charlie is survived by four brothers, Pete (Jackie) Biars, Melvin (Jo) Biars, and Paul Biars all of Gallipolis, and Ralph (Sharon) Biars of Crown City, Ohio; one sister, Tammy Biars Addis of Crown City; and several nieces and nephews.
