Charles Curtis Green

Charles Curtis Green, 75, of Gallipolis, passed away on Tuesday, March 4, 2014 at his residence. He was born October 15, 1938 in Gallia County, son of the late Charley Green and Marjorie Gooldin Green, who survives him. He was a self employed auto body man. Surviving are; his children, Chad of Pataskala, Ohio, Charles “Chuckie” and Penny Jo, both of Columbus, Jennifer and Charlie of Pennsylvania, Margie Charlie of Tennessee and Robin of Columbus; several grandchildren; his mother, Marjorie Green of Crown City; three sisters, Rosetta Barcus, Anna (Carl) Fillinger, and Nan (Galen) Scarberry, all of Crown City; and three brothers, Dorman (Mae) Green, Darrell Green, Oyer Green, all of Crown City. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a son, George Dwight, sisters Elizabeth June Green, Shirley Fern Robinson, and brothers Denver Lee Green and Farrell Green. Services will be 3:00 p.m., Sunday, March 9, 2014 at Kings Chapel Church with Pastor Charles Turley officiating. Burial will follow in Kings Chapel Cemetery. Friends may call from 2:00 – 3:00 p.m. at the church prior to the service.
