Charles Lee Houck, 81, of Gallipolis, passed peacefully with his family present on Sunday, June 23, 2013 at Hospice of Huntington, Huntington, West Virginia. He was born May 1, 1932 in Gallia County, Ohio, son of the late Charles O. and Goldie Myers Houck. Charles married Noreda Davis and she survives him. He was a truck driver for Bob Evans Farms. Surviving are his wife of 61 years, Noreda Houck of Gallipolis; four children, Danny (Karen) Houck of Grove City, James (Teri) Houck of Parkersburg, West Virginia, Judy (Kevin) Marcum of Vinton, Neil (Amber) Houck of Crown City; 13 Grandchildren; 28 Great Grandchildren; one brother, Chancey (Frances) Houck of Gallipolis; and a sister, Lena Clark of Hilliard. Charles was preceded in death by his parents, a sister Eileen Donnally, and three brothers Farrell Houck, Loren Houck and Maurice Dean Houck. A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, June 29, 2013 at the Willis Funeral Home with Pastor Thom Mollohan officiating.
