Charles Rawlins, 71, of Bidwell, Ohio passed away on Thursday, February 4, 2021 at his residence. Born on July 10, 1949 in Gallia County, Ohio, Charles was the son of the late Walker Rawlins and the late Lenora Russell Burnett. Charles married Charlotte Rawlins, who preceded him in death. He was a member of Morgan Center Holiness Church. Charles is survived by his daughter, Amy Rawlins of Columbus, Ohio; step children, Joshua Sprouse of Columbus, Jason Sprouse of Columbus, and Sherry Newman of Bidwell; and several brothers and sisters.
