Connie Sue Kohl

Connie Sue Kohl, 57, of Pomeroy, Ohio passed away on Monday, October 4, 2021 at Holzer Medical Center. Born on July 17, 1964 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Connie was the daughter of the late George Raymond Adkins, Sr. and Suzanne K. Zader Adkins, who survives her in Rutland, Ohio. Connie married John R. Kohl, who preceded her in death in 2016. She was a graduate of Meigs High School Class of 1982 and a member of Addison Free Will Baptist Church. Connie enjoyed online gaming. Connie is survived by her children, Dana H. (Gwen) Halfhill, Jr. of Cheshire and Suzanne Stanley (Lee Scurlock) of Pomeroy; grandson, Raymond Eugene Stanley; mother, Suzanne K. Zader Adkins of Rutland; sister, Carrie Schwartz of Reynoldsburg, Ohio; brother, George Raymond Adkins, Jr. (Missy Kisner) of Rutland, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be held for Connie at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 9, 2021 at Addison Free Will Baptist Church with Pastor Matt Smith, Pastor Rick Barcus, and Pastor Jack Parsons officiating.
