David Andrew "Andy" Whaley

David Andrew “Andy” Whaley, 58, of Bidwell, Ohio passed away on Monday, September 25, 2022 at his residence.

Born on February 25, 1964 in Springfield, Ohio, Andy was the son of the late Charles E. and Kathleen Fisher Whaley.  Andy was a graduate of Gallia Academy High School.

Andy is survived by his siblings, Kim (Brad) Painter, Karen (Don) Carter, Chris (Kathy) Whaley, Jeff (Missy) Whaley, and Rick (Tara) Whaley; several nieces and nephews; and special friends, Lee Ann Clark and The Merry Family.

In addition to his parents, Andy was preceded in death by his sister, Lisa Tawney.

There will be no public services.  Willis Funeral Home is assisting the family.
