Dustin A. Mullins

Dustin A. Mullins, 37, of Gallipolis passed away on Friday, July 26, 2019 at his residence. Born on January 26, 1982 in Gallipolis, Ohio, Dustin was the son of the late David A. Mullins, Sr. and Charlotte Carroll Mullins, who survives him. Dustin was a steel fabricator with Precision Fabricators in Mason County, West Virginia. Dustin is survived by his mother, Charlotte Mullins; son, Dane Alexander Mullins; brother, David Allen Mullins II; grandmother, Phyllis Carroll; and former wife, Delena Elizabeth Carter. A graveside service for Dustin will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 1, 2019 in Campaign Cemetery with Pastor Tonya Sinclair officiating.
