Eloise B. Mills, 91, of Crown City, passed away on Sunday, October 16, 2011 at Holzer Senior Care Center. She was born May 18, 1920 in Huntington, West Virginia, daughter of the late K.H. and Margaret Gebhart Butler. She was married to Frank H. Mills Jr. and he preceded her in death in 2000. She was an administrative assistant for the Gallia County Treasurer and a homemaker. Eloise was a member of Grace United Methodist Church and the Gallia County Farm Bureau. Surviving are her children, Sue Ann Bostic of Gallipolis, Frank Buz and Barbara Mills and David and Lisa Mills of Crown City; 8 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren, and a sister-in-law, Elizabeth Butler of Crown City. Eloise was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Frank H. Mills Jr., a son-in-law Kenny Bostic, a great granddaughter Jenna Beth Brumfield, a brother Paul Butler and a sister Oleta Wood. Services will be 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 19, 2011 at the Willis Funeral Home with Bob Powell officiating. Burial will follow in Swan Creek Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday, October 18, 2011 from 5-8 p.m. The family would like to thank Holzer Senior Care Center doctors and employees for the exceptional care given to our mother.
