Etha L. Hanna

Etha L. Hanna, 80, of Gallipolis, Ohio passed away on Saturday, November 14, 2020 at Holzer Medical Center. Born on April 23, 1940 in Gallia County, Ohio, Etha was the daughter of the late Randall and Ruby Irene Hayner Long. On October 15, 1972, Etha married Ted Hanna, who survives her in Gallipolis. Etha was a former nurse’s aide for Holzer Clinic in the Eye Department of the Sycamore Clinic. She loved her family and her grandchildren. Etha is survived by her husband, Ted Hanna of Gallipolis; children, Randy Lewis (Kim) Hanna of St. Petersburg, Florida, Melissa Hanna Adams of Mason, West Virginia, and Teddie Hanna (Terry) Burnette of Gallipolis; grandchildren, Brandon W. Adams, Ethan T. (Lindsey) Adams, Misty T. (Steven) Loane, Bailey Burnette, and Adalyn Burnette; seven great grandchildren; and sister-in-law, Lottie Lou Long of Gallipolis. In addition to her parents, Etha was preceded in death by a sister, Linda Shattles and brother, Joe Long. The funeral service for Etha will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 19, 2020 at Willis Funeral Home with Pastor Aaron Young officiating. Friends may call prior to the service Thursday from 5:30-7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Entombment will be at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, November 20, 2020 at Ohio Valley Memory Gardens Chapel of Hope Mausoleum.
