Frances E. Neal

Frances E. Neal, 65, of Crown City, passed away on Tuesday, September 4, 2007 at the Ohio State University Medical Center. She was born November 2, 1941 in Lawrence County, Ohio to the late Forest G. and Bertha Shaw Sanders. Frances was married to Terry J. Neal on May 23, 1959 in Gallia County, Ohio. She graduated from Hannan Trace High School and was a retired pharmacy tech. Frances was a member of Siloam Baptist Church. Surviving are her husband, Terry J. Neal of Crown City; three children, Terry R. Jodi Neal of Newark, Patti Dave Haig of Everett, Washington, and Peggy Dennis Saunders of Crown City; two grandsons, Rick Watson and Parker Watson of Crown City; one sister, Rose Marie Hendren of Salina, Ohio; one brother, Harland Emogene Sanders of Florida; several nieces and nephews. Services will be 2 p.m., Sunday, September 9, 2007 at the Willis Funeral Home with Jane Ann Miller officiating. Burial will follow in Sanders Cemetery.
