George Jackson Montgomery

George Jackson Montgomery, 72, of Gallipolis, Ohio passed away on Sunday, March 28, 2021 at his sister’s residence. Born on January 19, 1949 in Youngstown, Ohio, George was the son of the late Elias Long and Helen Campbell Montgomery. George was a financial advisor and stock broker. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree and played football for Florida State; George also earned his Master’s Degree. George is survived by his son, Patrick Montgomery of Florida; grandson, Marshall Montgomery of Florida; sisters, Barbara Johansen of Florida and Eleanor Elliott of Gallipolis; and several nieces and nephews.
