Glenna K. Lockhart

Glenna K. Lockhart, 52, of Crown City, Ohio, passed away on Monday, June 18, 2012 at the Cleveland Clinic, Cleveland, Ohio. She was born May 2, 1960 in Springfield, Ohio, daughter of the late Phillip A. Metz and Retha Martin Metz, who survives her. She is married to James David Lockhart and he survives her. Glenna was a registered nurse at Cabell Huntington Hospital and a member of Canaan Missionary Baptist Church. Surviving are her husband, David Lockhart of Crown City, Ohio; her children, Todd (Sara) Sanders of Columbus, Ohio and Brett (Courtney) Sanders of Huntington, West Virginia; stepchildren, David (Mary) Lockhart of Clarksville, Tennessee, Jodi (Mark) Gilmore of Gallipolis, Ohio, Kevin (Stephanie) Lockhart of Crown City, Ohio; her mother, Retha Metz (Tommy Layton) of Gallipolis, Ohio; three sisters, Brenda (Rodney) Sexton of Gallipolis, Ohio, Rebecca Rayburn of Cedar Lake, Indiana, Shirley (Don) Rote of San Diego, California; several step grandchildren and step great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Glenna was preceded in death by her father and her grandparents Leonard and Emma Lee Martin. Services will be 1:00 p.m., Friday, June 22, 2012 at the Willis Funeral Home with Pastor Jim Lusher officiating. Burial will follow in Ridgelawn Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday, June 21, 2012 from 6-8 p.m. Pallbearers will be Rick Clary, Rodney Sexton, Ronnie Barnes, Russ Cables, Mike Rayburn and Mark Gilmore.
