Jackie L. Kerwood

Jackie L. Kerwood, 47, of Gallipolis, passed away on Tuesday, February 24, 2009 at St. Mary's Medical Center, Huntington, West Virginia. He was born July 24, 1961 in Gallipolis, son of the late John and Wilma I. Henry Cox. Jackie was a self employed laborer. Surviving him are two brothers, Jeffery Cheri Cox of Middleport and Richard Carolyn Cremeans of Gallipolis; four sisters, Janice Leroy Leach of Tampa, Florida, Donna John Stethem of Dayton, Joyce Denver Bates of Gallipolis and Patricia Gregory of Cincinnati; several nieces and nephews; a special friend, Betty Doerfer of Gallipolis; two daughters, Angie and Becky; two sons, Josh and Justin; four grandchildren and one great grandchild. Services will be 1:30 p.m., Saturday, February 28, 2009 at the Willis Funeral Home with Pastor Alfred Holley officiating. Burial will follow in Mina Chapel Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday, February 27, 2009 from 6-8 p.m. Pallbearers will be Josh Doerfer, Justin Doerfer, Timmy Mullins, Jerry Nibert, Steve Owens, and James Michael.
