James Phillip Fraley

James Phillip Fraley, 65, passed away on Monday, December 28, 2020. Phillip was born on August 3, 1955 in Gallipolis, Ohio. He is the son of Jim Fraley and the late Louise Fraley, and brother to Deborah Fraley and Jeff Fraley. He was preceded in death by his sister Dianne Fraley. He is survived by his children Candice (Randar) Luts, J.R. (Stacey) Fraley, Trace (Meghann) Fraley, Margo (Tyler) Bullion, and eight grandchildren. A private service will be held for immediate family members, followed by a graveside service on Monday, January 4, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at Ohio Valley Memory Gardens. Friends and family are invited to attend. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
