Jane Lee Powell

Jane Lee Powell, 86, of Gallipolis, Ohio, passed away Friday, June 13, 2014 at Pleasant Valley Hospital in Point Pleasant, West Virginia. Jane was born June 10, 1928, Springfield Twp, Bidwell, Ohio to the late Oscar Austin Coulter Sr. and Zelphia Lee Finch. She was married to Noah Delbert Powell and he preceded her in death. She is also preceded in death by her first husband, Foster Clarence Casto and a brother, David Coulter. She retired from the Gallipolis Developmental Center. Jane is survived by two daughters, Judith Casto Gutierrez and Vicki Sue (Michael) Graham both of Gallipolis,Ohio; three sons, Donald Ray Casto of Lakin, West Virginia, Phillip Eugene (Carol) Powell of Bidwell, Ohio, and Michael Lee (Jeri) Powell of Houston, Texas. Also surviving are 11 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren and 23 great great grandchildren; two brothers, Oscar Austin Coulter Jr. and Austin Eugene Coulter both of Orlando, Florida and two sisters, Beulah Wallace of Orlando, Florida and Edna Mae Taylor of Arizona. Family and friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday, June 18, 2014 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m., Thursday, June 19, 2014 at Willis Funeral Home with Pastor Alfred Holley officiating. Burial will follow in Mound Hill Cemetery.
