Jeffrey Allen White

Jeffrey Allen White, 51, of Roanoke Rapids, NC, passed away on Tuesday, July 2, 2013 at Nash General Hospital, Rocky Mount, NC. He was born April 25, 1962 in Gallipolis, Ohio, son of the late Ronald White and Leoma Snyder Waugh, who survives him. He married Debra Jewett and she also survives. He was the owner/operator of Southern Hills Ambulance Service. He was a member of the Chapel Hill Church of Christ, a former Civil Air Patrol Commander, and a member of the honorary society Phi Theta Kappa. Surviving are his wife, Debra White of Roanoke Rapids, NC; his mother, Leoma Waugh of Gallipolis; a son, Timothy Allen (Sandra Dawn) White of Roanoke Rapids, NC; a daughter, Sandra Lynn White of Middleport, OH; two sisters, Dianna (Chuck) Glover of Daytona Beach, FL and Kathy French of Addison, OH; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father and a brother, Ronald Kenneth White. Services will be 11:00 a.m., Monday, July 8, 2013 at the Willis Funeral Home with Evangelist Jonathon McAnulty officiating. Burial will follow in Gravel Hill Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Sunday, July 7, 2013 from 6-8 p.m.
