Jerry T. Martin

Jerry T. Martin, 74, of Oak Hill, Ohio, husband of Teresa Martin passed away on Saturday, August 03, 2013 at his residence. Jerry was born on December 3, 1938 in Gallia County, Ohio, son of the late George Edward and Effie Cremeans Martin. He was a carpenter and a member of the Church of Christ in Bidwell. Jerry is survived by his wife Teresa McNeil Martin, whom he married on February 14, 1997. He is also survived by his children Lyla Dawn (Tim) Halstead of New Haven, WV.; Gerald Thomas Martin and Matthew (Allison) Martin both of Cheshire, step children Tracy Carter of Oak Hill, and Lori Green of Tipp City, Ohio, grandchildren Emily, Shawna, Christa, Lenae, Devan, Daren, Jason, Trey, Cassandra, Dean, Lily, and Cherodan; four great grandchildren Aiden , Emma, Aiden L., and Ava; brother Charles (Shirley) Martin of Cheshire, and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister Barbara Click and a step daughter Sasha. Funeral services will be 7:30 pm Monday, August 5, 2013 at Willis Funeral Home with Deacon Jack Riley officiating. Friends may call from 6 pm until the time of the services.
