Jerry L. Wade

Jerry L. Wade, 72, of Oak Hill formerly Gallipolis, died on Monday, April 6, 2009 at the Grant Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio. He was born November 19, 1936 in Athens County, Ohio the son of the late Floyd and Naomi Fulton Wade. Jerry was married to Pauline Wade and she survives, he was a retired salesman, a member of the Centerville Masonic Lodge #371, member of the Lutheran Church and U.S. Air Force veteran of the Korean War. Surviving is his wife Pauline Wade of Oak Hill, Oh. Jerry was a loving father to his children: Jayne Ann Tim Grafentine of Columbus, Ohio, Jerry 'Jack' Charlene Wade Jr. of Gallipolis Susan Sherman Green of Gallipolis and Jill Rustemeyer of Gallipolis. Grandchildren; Kelli Brian Smith, A.J. Tiana Grafentine, Chrystal, Wendy & Winston Wade, Michelle Green, Chelsea Stowers and Sara Rustemeyer. Great Grandchildren: Lauren Smith , Ethan & Conner Smith. Sister: Peggy and Larry Wadley of Lewisport KY. He was preceded in death by his parents a Sister Judy Dupler and a Son-in-law David Rustemeyer. Services will be on Wednesday, April 8, 2009 at the Ohio Valley Memory Gardens Chapel of Hope at 4:00 pm.
