Pleasant, WV, daughter of Bessie Mae Smith of Gallipolis and James Allen Clark of Parkersburg, WV. In addition to her parents, Jessie is survived by three children; one sister, Mary Elizabeth Clark of Ashton, WV; two brothers, James David Clark of Gallipolis and Robert Allen Clark of Pt. Pleasant, WV; nieces, Alexis Webb, Erica Clark, and Leah Clark; and nephews, Coby Clark, Jacob Clark, Dalton Clark, and Ethan Boggess. At this time, no public service has been scheduled.
