John F Buttrick

John F. Buttrick, 64, of Patriot, passed away on Wednesday, December 17, 2014 at Holzer Medical Center. He was born July 22, 1950 in Cedar Grove, West Virginia, son of the late Thomas A. Buttrick and Audrey Marie Craigo. Surviving are his wife, Vicki Day of Patriot; three daughters, Kathy (Trent) Fillinger of Crown City, Diana (Ed) Blakeman of Mason, WV, Marie (Mike) Long of Gallipolis; one son, Johnny Allen Buttrick of Patriot; four grandchildren, MaKayla Long, Kristen Blakeman, Angelia Blakeman, Brandie Blakeman; two sisters, Dianna Buttrick, Sherry (Larry) Mayse; and five brothers, Roger Buttrick, Jim Buttrick, Thomas Buttrick, Danny Buttrick and Mikey Buttrick. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, Randy Buttrick, Herman Buttrick and Tommy Buttrick and a brother in infancy, Clayton. Graveside services will be 12:30 p.m., Monday, December 22, 2014 at Macedonia Cemetery with Rev. Ralph Workman officiating. Willis Funeral Home is assisting the family.
