John E. Rutt

John E. Rutt, 46, of Gallipolis, passed away unexpectedly Saturday, October 25, 2008 in Gallipolis. He was born April 4, 1962 in Gallipolis, son of Hayward Rutt, who preceded him in death in 1994 and Betty J. Cox Rutt, who survives him. He had attended Rodney Pike Church of God and enjoyed hunting and fishing. Surviving are his mother, Betty J. Rutt of Gallipolis; three sisters, Connie Jo Rutt, Debra J. Claude Setliff and Sandra Lynn Rutt, all of Gallipolis; one nephew, Michael Setliff of Gallipolis; two great nephews, Javon Setliff and Jason Setliff; one great niece, Hannah Setliff; an aunt, Peggy Ferguson of Gallipolis and an uncle, Tommy Cox of Gallipolis. Graveside services will be 1 p.m., Thursday, October 30, 2008 at Ohio Valley Memory Gardens with Pastor Alfred Holley officiating.
