He was born on June 23, 1964 in Fort Campbell, Kentucky to the late Joseph Elliott, Jr. and Darlyn Faith Elliott. Services will be 11 a.m., Friday, July 13, 2007 at the Willis Funeral Home with the Rev. Chuck Stansberry officiating. Burial will follow in Centenary Cemetery.
