Joseph H. Walters Ii

Joseph H. Walters II, 77, of Chillicothe, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, August 17, 2022 at Veterans Medical Center in Chillicothe, Ohio.

Born on August 7, 1945 in Springfield, Ohio, Joseph was the son of the late Joseph H. and Violet Jean Walters I.  Joseph was a graduate of Springfield High School and a United States Marine Corps veteran.

Joseph is survived by his children, June (Daniel) Wright, Lesley Walters, Joseph H. Walters III, Robert Walters, Sam Walters, and Christopher; sister, Jennifer Walters; nine grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, Joseph was preceded in death by a sister, Jean.

The funeral service for Joseph will be held Wednesday, August 24, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at Willis Funeral Home with Pastor Todd Bowers officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home from 1:00 p.m. -2:00 p.m. prior to the service. His burial will follow in Concord Cemetery in Mason, West Virginia. Military rites will given at the graveside by the Gallia County Funeral Detail.
