Justina S. Courts, 59, of Gallipolis, Ohio passed away on Thursday, April 30, 2020 at the Holzer Medical Center. She was the daughter of the late Ralph and W. Virginia Andy. Justina was a former home health aide for Quality Care. Justina is survived by her husband, Jack Courts; her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren: son, Lester (Ellen) Hopkins and their children Kailee, Nate, Nokota, and Savannah and great granddaughter, Ellen; daughter, Amanda (Shawn) Wise and their son Sheldon (Bree) Runyon and their children Kylie, Avery, and Bryanna and great granddaughter Mariaha Runyon; son, Larry (Cheryl) Mobley and their children Tabitha and her son Leo and Rachel and her children, Allie, Chole, Cane, and Allaze; son, the late Dean Nettleton and his sons Richie and his daughter Nicole and his son Tommy and family; son, Bill (Vicki) Nettleton; and son, Richard Mobley. Also surviving Justina are her brothers, Ralph “Harry” (Jackie) Andy, Thomas (Valerie) Andy, and Gregory (Deanna) Andy; sister, Dee (Lavie) Foster; mother-in-law, Josephine Courts; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Donna, Franny, Sue (Robert), Butch, Bill (Kay) and their families; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Justina was preceded in death by her sons, Dean Nettleton and Rick Mobley and sister, Wilma Jean Andy. In accordance with Justina’s wishes, there will be no services.
