Kenneth I. Wise

Kenneth I. Wise, 80, of Delaware, Ohio, died Saturday, November 5, 2011 at Grady Memorial Hospital in Delaware, Ohio. He was born March 18, 1931 in Gallia County, Ohio, son of the late Helen Brumfield. Kenneth was retired from Kaiser Aluminum Plant where he worked for 28 years. He served honorably in the U.S. Air Force for 4 years. Kenneth also enjoyed racing cars on dirt tracks. Surviving are his companion, Charlotte Belchar and her family of Delaware, Ohio; two sons, David Wise and Kevin (Tonya) Wise, both of Gallipolis; two granddaughters, Krista Wise and Megan Wise; nieces and nephew, Cindy (Winston) Saunders, Lori (David) Campbell, both of Gallipolis and Chris (Penny) Preston of Wyoming. Kenneth was preceded in death by his mother, Helen Brumfield and a half brother Denver Brumfield. Services will be 11:00 a.m., Thursday, November 10, 2011 at the Willis Funeral Home with Pastor Alfred Holley officiating. Burial will follow in Providence Cemetery.
