Lacy C. Baldwin, Sr., 77, of Gallipolis, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, December 23, 2020 at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Huntington, West Virginia. Born on October 28, 1943 in Williamsburg, West Virginia, Lacy was the son of the late Phil B. and Mary L. Scott Baldwin. Lacy married Janet Scales Baldwin, who survives him in Gallipolis. He was a retired Radar Technician with the Federal Aviation Administration. Lacy was a U.S. Army veteran and a member of Morning Dawn Masonic Lodge #7. Lacy is survived by his wife, Janet Baldwin of Gallipolis; sons, Neal Baldwin of Plant City, Florida, Frank B. (Misty) Baldwin of Newport News, Virginia, and Paul D. (Michelle) Baldwin of Savannah, Georgia; daughter, Beth Adkins of Huntington, West Virginia; grandchildren, Nikki, Aidan, Ally, Madison, Evan, Brooklyn, Tommy, Parker, Piper, and Katie, and a granddaughter on the way; sister, Phyllis “Suzie” LeBlanc of Chillicothe, Ohio; sister-in-law, Loretta Baldwin of Dayton, Ohio, sister-in-law Cathy Tennyson of St. Clairsville, OH and a brother-in-law: Richard Scales of Sistersville WV; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. In addition to his parents, Lacy was preceded in death by a son, Lacy C. Baldwin, Jr. and a brother, James Douglas Baldwin.
