Lelia Frances Dillon, 71, of Crown City, Ohio went to be with her Lord and Savior on September 18, 2011 at the Holzer Medical Center. She was born on December 25, 1939 in Gallia County, Ohio, daughter of the late Oral and Leona Waugh Greene. She was married to Harold Dean Dillon of January 15, 1977 and he survives. She was preceded in death by a son Charles Dillon, three brothers Neil Roger, Roy Lynn and Otis Greene, one grandchild and two great grandchildren. Frances retired from the G.D.C., attended the Promise Land Church, a life member of the American Legion Auxiliary Post 27 where she had various officer positions, and a member of the DAV of Cheshire, Ohio. Surviving are her husband Harold Dillon of Crown City, five daughters Faith Rundle of Hamilton, Ohio, Linda Walters of Crown City, Patsy Dailey of Pt. Pleasant, WV, Pam (Charles) Strother of Brazoria, Texas, and Lisa Nelson of Gallipolis, two sisters Brenda Nickel of Dayton, Ohio and Dolores (Forrest) Fisher of Crown City, one brother Leon (Fleeta) Greene of Gallipolis, a sister-in-law Shirley Greene of Crown City, 9 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews, special friend Eileen Willis . Services will be 1 pm Thursday, Sept. 22, 2011 at Willis Funeral Home with Pastor Truman Johnson officiating, burial will follow in the Victory Cemetery.
