Leo Joseph Hurlow

Leo Joseph Hurlow, 79, of Gallipolis, Ohio died on Thursday, October 7, 2010 at the Cornerstone Hospital in Huntington, WV. He was the son of the late Leamon Joseph and Nora Robinson Hurlow. Joe was married to Vivian Call Hurlow and she survives. He was a Retired Boilermaker and a member of the International Brotherhood of Boilermakers Local #667. Surviving are his wife Vivian Hurlow of Bidwell OH, Sons Tim Hurlow of Bidwell, Chris Hurlow of Gallipolis Ferry, WV, Gary Hurlow and Greg Hurlow both of Gallipolis along with several Grandchildren. Brothers Samuel (Hope) Hurlow of Gallipolis, James Hurlow of Mason, WV, William (Garnet) Hurlow of Groveport, OH, John (Darlene) Hurlow of Pt. Pleasant, WV, Leonard Hurlow Of Crown City, OH sisters Betty Rogers of Gallipolis and Wilma Spires of Southside, WV along with several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents Leamon Joseph and Nora Hurlow, brothers Dale Hurlow, Oakey Hurlow and Jackie Hurlow and a sister Audrey Woods. Services will be at 1:00 pm Monday, October 11, 2010 at the Willis Funeral Home, with Father Dave Schmidt officiating.
