Leslie Everett Mullins, 63, formerly of Gallipolis, passed away on Tuesday, February 15, 2011 at Pikeville Medical Center, Pikeville, Kentucky. He was born August 8, 1947 in Gallia County, Ohio, son of the late Burgess Mullins and Thelma Louise Cochran Mullins, of Gallipolis, who survives him. He was a self-employed truck driver. Surviving are his two daughters, Michelle Shelly (Robert) Winland of Ardmore, Alabama and Cheryl Sherry (James) Staron of El Cajon, California; two sons, Scott Andrew Mullins of Huntington, West Virginia and Mark Alan Slesinger of Cleveland, Ohio; nine grandchildren, Bobby, Alecia, Chris, Brandon, Christian, Kyleigh, Aaron, Andrea and Connor; five great grandchildren; three sisters, Yvonne (Mike) Massey of Clover, South Carolina, Sandra Lynn (Ronald) Paden of Bidwell, and Judy Sanders of Gallipolis; two brothers, David Allen (Charlotte) Mullins and Loren Mullins, both of Gallipolis. He was preceded in death by his father, Burgess Mullins and a brother, Larry Mullins. A memorial service will be held 3:00 p.m., Saturday, February 19, 2011 at Elizabeth Chapel Church, Gallipolis, Ohio with Paul Sanders officiating.
