Loren William Rowley

Loren William Rowley, 91, of Cheshire, Ohio passed away on Sunday, October 2, 2022 at Abbyshire Place.  He was born on June 21, 1931 in Huntington, West Virginia, son of the late James and Alice Wright Rowley.  Bill was a retired Union Construction Worker and a United States Army Veteran.  Bill was married to Alma Lee Rowley, and she preceded him in death.  He was also preceded by two brothers, Walter Rowley and Robert Rowley.

Bill is survived by three daughters, Lori (Steve) Fisher of Oak Hill, Ohio, Trena (Charlie) Culp of Wheelersburg, Ohio, and Judy (Jim) Bishop of Xenia, Ohio; one son, Loren "Billy" (Diana) Rowley II of Crown City, Ohio; ten grandchildren, Molly (Josh) Meeker, Sonya Greene, Shane McCoy, Brad (Misty) Fisher, Kala Brumfield, Jennifer Brumfield, Roger McCoy III, Don White, Mike White, and Tiara Bishop Gudim;  several great grandchildren; and three great great grandchildren.

The funeral service for Bill will be 1:00 p.m. Thursday, October 6, 2022 at Willis Funeral Home with Rev. Don Swick officiating.  His burial will follow in Providence Cemetery.  Friends may call on Thursday at the funeral home from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. prior to the funeral.  Military rites will be given at the graveside by the Gallia County Funeral Detail.
