Margaret "Sue" S. Wise

Margaret Suzanne "Sue" Wise, 77, of Crown City, Ohio passed away on Monday, February 7, 2022 at Holzer Medical Center. Sue was born on September 17, 1944 in Huntington, West Virginia, daughter of the late Willie Ralph and Francis Jean Taylor Clary. Sue was the bookkeeper for her husband Cecil W. Wise Excavating. She enjoyed traveling and shopping and was a member of Providence Missionary Baptist Church where she had been a Sunday School teacher. She was a beautiful and kind person, inside and out. Sue was married to Cecil W. Wise for 33 years; and he survives her, along with children, Robert (Sandra) Lee of Deer Park, Texas, Mark Lee of Gallipolis, Carolyn (Jonathon) Rice of Crown City, and Mike (Velda) Wise of Columbus, Ohio; seven grandchildren, Seth (Lexie) Williamson of Crown City, Alexis Williamson of Crown City, Zack (Kate) Lee of Gallipolis, Regina Lee of Deer Park, Texas, Katrina (Morgan) Lee of Deer Park, Texas, and Grant (Tiesha) Wise of Columbus, Ohio; eight great grandchildren; and one brother, John (Vanessa) Clary of Vincent, Alabama. Along with several nieces, nephews and cousins. The funeral service for Sue will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, February 11, 2022 at Willis Funeral Home with Pastor John Arnold officiating, Her burial will follow in Providence Cemetery on Teens Run Road. Friends may call on Friday prior to the service from 12:00 p.m. until the time of the service.
