Mary M. Swisher

Mary M. Swisher 77, Gallipolis, OH passed away on Sunday, March 14, 2021 at CAMC in Charleston, WV. She was born in Christian, WV on April 25, 1943. Mary was a wonderful mother and the best grandmother and great grandmother you could ever want. She was sweet and kind and our best friend. She loved the hallmark channel and spoiling her pets. Mary retired from GDC in Gallipolis after 25 years. She was active in her community. Mary is survived by her daughters Debbie (Chris) Mahan, Julie (Ron) McCartney, Jodi (Garland) Swisher all of Gallipolis, OH and Connie (Ron) Parr of Port Charlotte FL. She had 9 grandchildren, Tim and Jacey Mahan, Phoenix and Raven Swisher and Cody Saxton. Michael McCartney, Matthew McCartney and Shawn and Morgan Parr. She also has 10 beautiful great grandchildren. Mary is preceded in death by her husband Delbert Swisher. Her parents Homer and Marjorie Griffith, a son Delbert Swisher Jr., brothers Homer Jr. and Jimmy Griffith, a sister Freda Swan and a grandson DJ Mahan.
