Nancy K. Feustel

Nancy Kay Feustel, 63, Johnstown, Ohio formerly of Gallipolis, passed away on Thursday, November 21, 2013 in Johnstown, Ohio. She was born on January 13, 1950 in Portsmouth Ohio to the late Russell Frazier and Emma Elizabeth Caroline Hayman Edmunds who survives in Gallipolis. Nancy was a medical assistant. Nancy is survived by her husband Kenneth M. Feustel of Gallipolis, one son Kenneth Lee Feustel of Gallipolis, two daughters, Lorrie (Keith) Listebarger and Cassie Elizabeth Caroline Feustel both of Johnstown, four grandchildren and one great grandchild, her mother Emma Edmunds of Gallipolis, two brothers, William Ray Frazier of New Carlyle, Ohio and John Lawrence Frazier of Gallipolis, one sister Marcia Carol (Phil) Marsh of Columbus. Nancy was preceded in death by her father, and by one brother Rocky Ellsworth Frazier. Memorial services will be 6 pm Saturday, November 30, 2013 at Willis Funeral Home with Pastor Alfred Holley officiating.
