Nancy Ann Long Henry

Nancy Ann Long Henry, 72, of Gallipolis, Ohio passed away on Sunday, July 31, 2022 at Ohio State University East.

Born on August 22, 1949 in Gallipolis, Ohio, Nancy was the daughter of the late Charles E. and Ethel Louise Watts Long. Nancy married Norman Henry, who preceded her in death in 2017. She graduated from Gallia Academy High School.

Nancy is survived by her sons, Carl (Kathy) Peterson of Point Pleasant, West Virginia, J.R. (Pennie) Peterson of Gallipolis, and B.J. (Jenny) Kennedy of Point Pleasant; nine grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; and siblings, Betty Long, Emma (Carl) Posley, Carmel Long, Charles Long, David Long, Al Long, and Mike (Brandy) Long; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and her husband Norman, Nancy was preceded in death by a brother, Robert Long.

A Graveside Service will be held for Nancy at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 4, 2022 at Gravel Hill Cemetery. Friends may call from 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. on Thursday at Willis Funeral Home.
