Naomi Willadean Caufman

Naomi Willadean Caufman, 76, of Batavia, Ohio, passed away on Wednesday, October 26, 2011 at Mercy Medical Center, Batavia, Ohio. She was born September 4, 1935 in Reedy, West Virginia, daughter of the late Glenn W. and Opal Fore Moss. Naomi was a Holzer Hospital Nursing School graduate, a loving wife, caring mother and grandmother, with the most gentle, unselfish heart. She was married to John S. Caufman who preceded her in death. Surviving are a son, David W. Caufman of Batavia, Ohio; two daughters and sons-in-law, Karen and Rick Shetler of Virginia Beach, Virginia and Susan and Keith Mitchell of Milford, Ohio; three grandchildren, Michael Shetler, Dustin Mitchell and Niki Mitchell; and five sisters and one brother. Services will be 1:00 p.m., Saturday, October 29, 2011 at the Willis Funeral Home with Pastor Alvis Pollard officiating. Burial will follow in Mound Hill Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 12-1 p.m. prior to the service.
