Nathan Tyler Colburn

Nathan Tyler Colburn, 24, of Crown City, Ohio passed away on Thursday, September 22, 2022. Nathan was born on May 19, 1998 in Gallipolis, Ohio, son of Brian K. and Andrea Lewis Colburn who survive in Crown City. He was a foreman for Triton Construction and member of Local 1353 in Charleston, West Virginia. Nathan enjoyed hunting, rodeoing, and had a passion for farming. He graduated from South Gallia High School in 2016 and was a member of Victory Baptist Church.

Nathan married Riley Sanders Colburn on April 7, 2019; and she survives him along with their daughter Ellie Grace Colburn. Nathan is also survived by a sister, Rachal Colburn of Crown City; paternal grandfather, Jerry (Linda) Colburn of Gallipolis; maternal grandparents, Tom and Dorothy Lewis of Crown City; maternal great grandmother, Wilma Lewis of Jackson, Ohio; several aunts, uncles, and cousins; and numerous special and dear friends. Nathan was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Connie Colburn and maternal great grandfather, Tom Lewis.

The funeral service for Nathan will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 29, 2022 at Victory Baptist Church with Pastor Troy Delaney officiating. His burial will follow in Victory Cemetery. Friends may call on Wednesday, September 28, 2022 at Willis Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a contribution to his daughter Ellie's education fund at Ohio Valley Bank.
