Nicole Aaron Russell Shorter

Nicole Aaron Russell Shorter, 29, of Gallipolis, passed away on Sunday, September 30, 2007 at St. Mary’s Hospital from injuries sustained in an auto accident. She was born on August 21, 1978 in Columbus, Ohio to the late George Richard Russell and Coraine Bloomfield Russell who survives her. She was an employee of Long John Silvers. Surviving her are her husband, Bubba Shorter of Gallipolis; four children, Cora Ann Shorter, Dalton Wade Shorter, Lexus Shorter and Christian Mullins, all of Gallipolis; her mother, Coraine Russell of Gallipolis; three sisters, Kelly Russell of Durant, MS, Leslie Shepard and Margie Jenkins, both of Rio Grande; two brothers, Gerald Bloomfield Russell and Andrew Russell, both of Gallipolis; her dearest best friends, Elvira Johnson and Carrie Buroughs, both of Gallipolis. She was preceded in death by her loving father, George Richard Russell. Services will be 1 p.m., Friday, October 5, 2007 at the Willis Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Centenary Cemetery.
