Olivia Marie Waugh

Olivia Marie Waugh, 23, of Columbus, Ohio, passed away on Monday, December 20, 2021 at Grant Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio. Born in Charleston, West Virginia, Olivia was the daughter of Penny Whittington Chambers and Gary Scott Waugh. Olivia was a graduate of Gallia Academy High School Class of 2016; she attended University of Rio Grande. She worked as a server at Past Time Pubs in Worthington, Ohio. Olivia was an artist; she enjoyed painting and crocheting. Olivia is survived by her mother, Penny (Kevin) Chambers of Gallipolis, Ohio; father, Gary Scott Waugh of Leon, West Virginia; brother, Nathaniel (Taylor) Waugh of Bidwell, Ohio; sister, Mollie Waugh of Gallipolis; nieces, Hunter and Remi; grandparents, Donna and Terry Thaxton of Hurricane, West Virginia and Gary and Martha Waugh of Leon, West Virginia; several aunts, uncles, and cousins; and her cats, Fluffy, Teddy, and Gerbil. Olivia was preceded in death by a great grandmother, Roberta Atkins. The funeral service for Olivia will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 26, 2021 at Willis Funeral Home with Pastor Eric Waugh officiating. Burial will follow in Reynolds Cemetery. Friends may call prior to the service from 12:00-2:00 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
