Patricia A. "Trish" Wagner, 64, Tampa, Florida formerly of Rowan County, Ky passed away on Sunday, January 30, 2011 at the Arbors at Gallipolis. She born on October 24, 1946 in Rowan County, Ky daughter of the late Avanell Brown. She was an accountant. Surviving are two sons Lowell Brown (Peggy) Brown, Jr. of Morehead, Ky, Brian T. Brown of Bidwell, Ohio and a daughter Cheryl McMillen of Seffner, Fl and six grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her mother and a brother Charles Brown.
