Phyllis M. Clary

Phyllis M. Clary, 71, of Scottown, passed away on Friday, January 24, 2014 at the Holzer Medical Center. She was born January 16, 1943 in Columbiana County, Ohio, daughter of the late Harlan and Dorothy Delawder Waugh. Phyllis was married to Cecil Clary and he survives her. She was a homemaker. Surviving are her husband, Cecil Clary of Scottown; a son Junior Clary of Scottown; 4 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; two brothers, Keith (Wanda) Waugh of Scottown and Hobart “Butch” (Jamie) Waugh of South Carolina. In addition to her parents, Phyllis was preceded in death by a son Bobby Clary. Graveside services will be 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 29, 2014 at Perkins Ridge Cemetery.
