Raymond Ivy Jelks

Raymond Ivy Jelks, of Gallipolis, passed away on Thursday, February 23, 2012 at his residence. He was born November 18, 1964 in Racine, Wisconsin, son of Willie Sam and Sally Mae Winston Jelks. Services will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, February 27, 2012 at the Willis Funeral Home with Rev. Chuck Stansberry officiating. Burial will follow in Centenary Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 10 - 11 a.m. prior to the service.
