Rebecca Tish Damron Hingst

Rebecca ( Tish ) Damron Hingst, 59, of Des Lacs, North Dakota, formerly of Gallipolis, Ohio, passed away Saturday, October 5, 2013 at Holzer Medical Center after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Rebecca attended Gallia Academy High School Class of 1971. She loved driving her kids on the school bus working for Minot Public Schools. She loved spending time outdoors camping, boating and fishing. She was the daughter of the late John L. and Edith Damron. She was also preceded in death by her former husband Charles M. Tackett and a nephew Chad Nunn. Rebecca is survived by her loving husband of 31 years, Roger Hingst of Des Lacs, North Dakota, a son Shane ( Brandy ) Tackett of Gallipolis, Ohio; a daughter, Kimberli (Kent) Jolley of Gallipolis, Ohio; stepsons, Anthony, Bruce, and Jerry Hingst; granddaughter, Caytlyn Hall of Gallipolis; grandson, Trenton Osborne of Gallipolis; two sisters, Diane Damron and Kathi Meadows. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. A memorial will be held at the convenience of the family.
