Richard L. Campbell

Richard L. Campbell 75, Gallipolis, died on Tuesday, November 13, 2012 at his residence. Richard was born September 3, 1937 in Crown City, Ohio the son of the late Lawrence Edward “Simon” and Lillie M. Swain Campbell. He was an operating engineer and a construction superintendent. Surviving is a son Carlos (Missy) Campbell of Gallipolis and a daughter Anita Hynus of North Carolina; six grandchildren: Courtney, Caleb, Colton and Carter Campbell, Cassie and Zachary Hynus; two sisters, Virginia Louise (Ray) Caldwell of Columbus and Karen Campbell of Gallipolis; two brothers, Edward (Janet) Campbell of Inverness, FL and Ronald Ray (Anita) Campbell of Gallipolis. He was preceded in death by his parents, his former wife MaryAnn Watson Campbell, son-in-law Jim Hynus and one sister Ruth Ann Campbell. Richard’s funeral services will be private with burial in Swan Creek Cemetery. There will be private family services.
