Richard L. Caufman

Richard L. Caufman, 69, of Gallipolis, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, September 5, 2007 at his residence. Richard was born on April 20, 1938 in Gallipolis, son of the late Ada Jean Roach Caufman and John S. Caufman, Sr. Richard was a graduate of Gallia Academy High School and attended Ohio University. He was a US Navy Veteran and served in Vietnam. Richard worked and retired from Goodyear. He is survived by a brother John S. Naomi Caufman, Jr. of Batavia, Ohio, a nephew David Caufman of Batavia, two nieces Karen Shetler of Virginia Beach, VA and Susan Mitchell of Milford, OH, several cousins survive. Graveside services will be 11 am Monday September 10, 2007 at Mound Hill Cemetery with Pastor Matt Townsend officiating. Burial will be in the Mound Hill Cemetery.
